Hungarian Scientologists Celebrate 10 Years in Budapest

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.
Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.
Over its first ten years, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith news euro 24 dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
